FASTGRIP 800 - Professional high-performance polyurethane adhesive

FASTGRIP 800 is a latest-generation polyurethane adhesive, designed to guarantee high performance in the construction, electrical and plumbing sectors. Thanks to its low-emission formulation, this product stands out for its versatility and ability to adapt to numerous applications, offering fast and safe bonding.

Performance and certifications:

FASTGRIP 800 has been tested at accredited laboratories according to EOTA ETAG 004 and TR046 standards.
A single can covers a surface area of between 8 and 12 m² of insulating panel, equivalent to approximately 30 kg of cementitious adhesive.
FASTGRIP M750, tested internally, allows bonding between 6 and 9 m² with the same effectiveness.

Bonding of insulating panels (in combination with mechanical fixings) such as:
Expanded polystyrene (EPS)
Extruded polystyrene (XPS)
Mineral wool panels and strips (MW-panel and MW-lamella)
Fixing of plasterboard for non-structural internal walls.
Assembly of anti-humidity and vapour barriers (e.g. STRIP INSIDE and STRIP OUTSIDE) for installing windows and doors.
Installation of electrical boxes and corrugated pipes in electrical systems.
Positioning of shower trays and rectified elements in interior environments.

Compatible substrate materials:

Concrete (including autoclaved aerated concrete)
Brickwork and plaster
Metals and anodized elements
Wood and plasterboard
Stone and plastic materials (except PE, PP, Teflon and silicone)

Instructions for use:

Preparation of surfaces:

Clean thoroughly by removing dust, oil, grease and dirt.

Preparation of the can:

Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds with the valve facing downwards.
Connect the dispensing nozzle (for FASTGRIP M750) or use the Fischer PUPN 1 or PUPM 3 gun.

Application:

Moisten the surfaces with a light spray of water to promote adhesion.
Apply the adhesive to the edges of the panel and draw a "W" shape on the central surface.
Wait 1 minute before placing the panel on the wall.
Adjust and level the panel within 10-15 minutes of application.
For thicknesses greater than 30 mm:
Apply the adhesive in several layers, moistening between each application.

Cleaning:

Remove fresh adhesive with fischer PUR cleaner.
Hardened adhesive can only be removed by mechanical means.

Precautions:

Protect the product and the applied surfaces from direct exposure to UV rays.
